Shipping
All Orders will be shipped via Transport / Logistics Services (Mettur Transports, National Transports, etc)
or through Indian Railways. Customers have to pick up their order from their nearby Transport Office / Railway Station which will be communicated via WhatsApp or Email before dispatching the order.

Delivery and Refund / Replacement Claims
We are expertise in packing and shipment for years with zero mortality rate. The orders are packed to last 72+ hours (3 Days). We use both Carton and Thermocol boxes for the shipment based on the distance and time it may take to reach the Customer's Destination. Once the order is collected from respective Parcel Office or Railway Station, avoid keeping it from direct sunlight. Request you to record a video clip during unboxing fishes. If there is any DOA (Death On Arrival), then we may request our customers to share the unboxing video clips with us to claim 100% refund or replacement for the same. (It is to be noted that we have achieved 0% mortality rate in outstation shipments). Any deaths caused post adding the fishes into the Tank, we will not be responsible for it as it might be a caused due to Poor Water Parameters, Uncycled Tanks and other reasons.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once the order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you shortly and inform about the order status, mode of transport and other details once the order is prepared for shipping by our Logistics team. Once the booking is done with either Logistics / Transports or Indian Railways, we will immediately share the Receipt / Invoice for the same via WhatsApp or Email. For tracking the shipments, it will be the responsibility of the customers to track the shipment details in appropriate websites provided with the invoice bill number for easier operation. Please get in touch with us for any assistance in this regard post shipment. We will be caring you until the shipment reaches you safely and post delivery as well.
Terms and Conditions
Please be noted that, orders once cleared with payment from customers cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of orders with wrong / incorrect location, please contact us on WhatsApp or Email. Charges of 5% from the billed amount from the payment gateway will be deducted, and refunded back on such orders upon request. Refund process will take 4 to 5 business working days from the date of refund initiated.
